Gideon Cooley Hixon (March 26, 1826 – September 23, 1892) was a Wisconsin politician and businessman. Born in Roxbury, Vermont, he moved with his family to Massachusetts. In 1858 he went to La Crosse, Wisconsin and was in the lumber business. He served on the La Crosse Common Council.
